Step 2 - Upload Artwork

Once you are ready to move forward with your project it is time to send us your art and place your order.

We prefer vector AI files and EPS. If you need help with sending your file please let us know.

Step 3 - Cut Proof

Afer you have submitted your art and deposit we begin working on your project right away. The next thign you will receive from us will be your cut proof.

This shows precisely how your sign will be cut dimensionally. Cut proofs are not color proofs, we ask all customers to submit color mock ups with PMS or Sherwin Williams numbers clearly labeled.

Step 4 - Finished Project

After your proof has been approved then the real work begins. We send your cut file to our AXYZ CNC router, load up the material and begin the cut.Once the cut has finished it is time to prep the sign for paint.

Your sign then goes to our on-site paint booth where Stephen uses the Matthews Paint system to accurately match the PMS numbers provided. After multiple coats of paint your project is finally finished and looks amazing.

Step 5 - Shipping

All of that hardwork is for nothing if your project does not make it to you in install ready condition. That is what inspired us to explore all of our packaging options to come up with the best possible solution.

HDU signs are wrapped in craft paper and bubble wrap, the interior of the box is lined with packing foam. We use corner protectors inside and outside for maximum durability during shipping. The box is custom built for your sign from 71ECT cardboard and the interior is lined with additional corrugated cardboard.

All shipments are insured for the full value of your project in the event damage does occur, so you still receive a whole, completed sign without any additional out of pocket expenses.
